My sincere sympathies to the families of Shirley Dargan. I met her thru her daughter, Vickie Wesley, a life time friend. What stands out for me about Shirley is that she was always in a happy mood and smiling. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and is so very proud of all of them.
