Born in Washington, DC on July 21, 1928, a daughter of the late Gustave John Hornig and Lunette Gibson Hornig. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son, David Darrow; daughter, Donna Marie Miller; two sisters, Evelyn Parks and Lois Barley; brothers, Donald and Richard.
She was a retired sales associate for the Sears Company and a paronisher at St. Brendan, the Navigator Catholic Church. She was an excellent seamstress and avid cross sticher.
Surviving are her daughter, Teresa Darrow; sons, Paul Darrow, Michael Darrow and Steven Darrow; brother, Stanley Hornig; sisters, Mary Lou Schweir, Joyce McDonald and Joanne Hess; nine grandchildren and twelve greatgrandchildren.
A Mass will be celebrated at St. Brendan, The Navigator Catholic Church on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 10:00AM.
