Shirley Ann Harrison, 82, Leighton, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Visitation will be Saturday, August 16, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Maurice Logan and Danny Winningham officiating. Interment will be in Hopewell Church of Christ Cemetery, Leighton.

Shirley was a lifelong member of Hopewell Church of Christ. She was one of the founding members of the Lagrange Volunteer Fire Department, serving there for the majority of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Harrison; parents, Oscar and Osha King; sisters, Charlotte King Graves and Betty Blackburn; and brother-in-law, Jerry Harrison.

Shirley is survived by her children, Chris (Tricia) and Anthony (Patricia); brothers-in-law, Rodney Graves and Jack Harrison; sisters-in-law, Doris Harrison and Peggy Harrison; grandchildren, Chasidy (Billy), Ashley (Steve), Britney (Richard), Tasha (Ryan), Cheyenne (Armando), Caleb (Alexis), Trey (Jaclyn), Jacob (Mixtli), and Katie (Killian); and great-grandchildren, Kayley, Kolby, Gracie, Austen, Zoey, Brooke, Cruz, Charlotte, Paco, Jace, Penny, Raelynn, Addilynn, Tito, Oakleigh, Kason, and Lillian Kate.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Harrison, Jacob Harrison, Trey Harrison, Austen Nabors, Billy Atchison, Armando Gomez, and Cruz Gomez. Richard Nabors and Brandon Harrison will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family offers special thanks to the Keller Infusion Lab; Clearview Cancer Institute; and to her granddaughter, Jaclyn, for her continued love and care for Shirley.
