HOLBROOK – Shirley E. Hines, 84, of Holbrook, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at home.

Born on May 31, 1941, in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the loving daughter of the late Frank and C. Corinne (Larson) Hines.

Shirley grew up on her family's farm in Easton, where she loved spending time with the animals-especially the cows and the family dogs. She had an infectious laugh and a wonderfully silly sense of humor that brightened every room. In her later years, she cherished visiting with family and friends, enjoying the simple joy of good company and shared stories.

She is survived by her sisters, Linda Teague and Marguerite ""Lani"" Dadmun; and her niece, Hayley Teague, and her husband Thomas Campbell, along with their children, Jacob and Colin.

Shirley was predeceased by her siblings Dwight Hines, Corinne ""Cori"" Comeau, Ronald ""Ronnie"" Hines, Francis ""Chick"" Hines, Phyllis Falzarano, Raymond Hines, and Kenneth ""Kippie"" Hines.

Her funeral, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, beginning with a time for visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Sperry-McHoul-Pichi Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro, followed by a service officiated by the Reverend Pamela Corcoran at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery & Arboretum, 565 Mount Hope Street, Attleboro Falls.
