Shirley L. Padelford

Shirley L. (Wilbur) Padelford, age 85 of Wrentham, passed away on April 23, 2025 at the Nemasket Healthcare Center in Middleboro.
She was the beloved wife of the late William E. Padelford.
Born in Middleboro, Shirley was the daughter of the late Herman and Thelma (Lawry) Wilbur.
Before retiring, Mrs. Padelford was employed with Texas Instruments as a Quality Control Inspector.
Shirley is survived by her loving children; William E. Padelford, III of NY, Barbara Warren of Mansfield and late daughter Donna Gagliard. Sister of Alton Lawry, Ronald Wilbur, Dennis Wilbur, Gary Wilbur, and sister of the late Eunis Pittsley.
Shirley was a beloved matriarch who found her greatest joy in her family. She was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom brought immense happiness to her life. Her legacy lives on through the generations she cherished and nurtured.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 4pm with a service to begin at 7pm in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at saint Mary's Square) Taunton.
Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
Interment will be privately held in Mayflower Hill Cemetery, Taunton.
