Shirley Rymer Obituary
Shirley grew up in Grover and was a 1955 graduate of Coleman High School. She married Colin A. Rymer on June 18, 1955 and enjoyed 69 years of marriage before his death on July 26, 2024. Over the years they operated a farm in Coleman and Shirley occasionally worked providing home health care services to families in the area.
Shirley is survived by children, Donald (Janelle) Rymer, Debra (Robert) Raymaker and Diane (Mark) Johnston; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Ardis Will and Marlene Shaft.
It was her wish that no formal service be held. There will be a family gathering and burial in the spring at First Baptist Cemetery in Pound.
Shirley's family extends a special thank you to the Cottages in Oconto Falls and to the staff of Unity Hospice for their care and kindness.
