She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, June 16, 1940, the daughter of Arthur and Estelle (Gagnier) Riendeau.
Shirley spent her working life as a caring registered nurse.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Noon at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville, with Rev. Chris Looby, parish priest, celebrating. Members of the Nursing Honor Guard will offer the Nurses Prayer and Nursing Tributes, just prior to the Mass, at the church.
Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru, 518-643-9055.
