Shirley Ann Bryan Wright

Born: May 19, 1937 | Died: August 31, 2025

Shirley Ann (Bryan) Wright, born May 19, 1937 in Knox County to William R. and Ethel Mae Bryan. She passed away on August 31, 2025 at the age of 88 years. Shirley is now with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Also being a member of Dotson Memorial Baptist Church since 1948. Shirley was selected as woman of the year in 1990 by the American Business Women's Association. She leaves behind her husband William Franklin Wright, with a marriage that lasted over 70 years; children, Ronald (Donna) Wright, Teresa L. Wright, Renee (John) Guarino, Cynthia (Tony) McKee; grandsons, Jesse (Danielle), Cole Williamson, Frank (Dawn) Wright, Ross Wright; greatgrandchildren, Knox, Canaan, William and Roland. Family will receive friends at 5:00 PM Monday, September 8, 2025 at Smith Trinity Chapel and a service to follow at 6:30 PM with Reverend David Oliver officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Sherwood Memorial Garden.
