It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of MS. Sidney Jean McKnight, a beloved resident of Roswell, Georgia, who departed this life on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the age of 73. Sidney was born on a beautiful spring day, Friday, April 18, 1952, in Valdosta, Georgia, to the late Charlie Bogus and Marion Jeanette Bogus.
Sidney dedicated her life to serving others, working as an Emergency Administrative Assistant at North Fulton Wellstar Hospital. Her commitment and compassion were evident in her work, where she provided unwavering support to her colleagues and the community she served. Sidney's presence was a source of comfort and strength to those around her, and her dedication to her role was truly inspiring.
Sidney was preceded in death by her loving parents, Charlie and Marion Jeanette Bogus. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, resilience, and dedication that will be cherished by all who knew her.
Her care has been entrusted to Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory- South Dekalb.
Sidney will be remembered for her warm smile, her generous spirit, and her unwavering dedication to her work and family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
May she rest in peace, and may her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
