Silvia San Miguel, de 82 años, falleció pacíficamente en su hogar en San Antonio, Texas, el 20 de octubre de 2025. Nació en Agujita, Coahuila, México, el 3 de noviembre de 1942. Hija de Pedro Figueroa y Elida Borjon. Silvia vivió una vida llena de fe, amor y dedicación a su familia.
Fue una esposa, madre y abuela devota, dedicada a cuidar de su hogar y de los suyos. Le encantaba crear cosas hermosas con sus manos: hacía flores, cosía, cocinaba y horneaba con amor para su familia. Su dulzura, bondad y fe inquebrantable dejaron una huella profunda en todos los que la conocieron.
Silvia fue una mujer de gran fe y una firme creyente en Cristo. Enseño clases de catecismo (CCD) durante muchos años, compartiendo su amor por Dios y guiando a otros en su camino espiritual.
Le sobreviven su amado esposo por 63 años, Juan Manuel San Miguel Sr., y sus cuatro hijos: Cecilia Pompa y su esposo José F. Pompa; Marcela Soriano y su esposo Javier F. Soriano; Juan M. San Miguel Jr. y su esposa Adriana M. San Miguel; y Sylvia L. Rosales y su esposo Romeo Rosales Jr.
Silvia deja también a sus nietos queridos: Sylvia A. Pompa, Marlene C. Valdez, Lupita Pompa, José F. Pompa Jr., Christian San Miguel, Juan M. San Miguel III, Christopher G. San Miguel, Ángel P. San Miguel, Abcde C. Pompa, Romeo Rosales III, Sebastián Rosales, Saúl A. Rosales y Sofía L. Rosales. Además, le sobreviven 13 bisnietos, quienes siempre llevarán su amor y su ejemplo en el corazón.
Su fe, compasión y amor por su familia serán recordados con profundo cariño por todos los que tuvieron la dicha de conocerla.
