Simon De Leon Obituary
SIMON DE LEON
MCALLEN – Simon De Leon, 82, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025, at Barcelona Assisted Living in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ismelda De Leon; two siblings, San Juana Gonzalez and Jesus De Leon.
Mr. De Leon is survived by his five children, Leticia De Leon, Rodolfo (Rachel) De Leon, Daniel (Mary) De Leon, Maria De La Luz (Francisco) Cadena, Betty De Leon; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, July 28, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
