Simone "Sim" Lundon Davis

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, on Monday, April 3, 2023, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Simone "Sim" Lundon Davis, 30, who passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center. 
 
A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Monday from 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM.
 
A rosary will be prayed at 9:00 AM on Monday. 
 
Rev. George Bede Ajuruchi, SSJ will officiate at the Funeral Mass. 
 
Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Cemetery. 
 
Simone, affectionately known to her family and friends as "Sim", was born on July 14, 1992, in Lafayette. Sim was a huge fan of the New Orleans Saints, LSU Tigers, and LeBron James. As a pastime, she enjoyed playing video games, doing puzzles, and listening to her music and singing.  Simone will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
 
She is survived by her parents, Joseph C. Davis & Sandra Marie Green; grandfather, Joseph Curly Davis, Sr.; two brothers, Joshua "Pumpkin" Davis and Kyle "Pluwee" Davis; two sisters, Meagan "Mau" Green (Nakia) and Deion "Chub" Davis, all of Breaux Bridge, LA, four aunts, Rebecca (Nelson) Sylvester Hazel (Hebert) Joseph, Saraphina Green, Felicia Ann Fontenette; two uncles, Anthony Nicholas and James (Diane) Davis along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & additional family and friends.
 
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Elba Davis; maternal grandparents Paul and lola Green and aunts, Pamela Demouchette and Latonia Davis

 Pallbearers will be Kendrell Landry, Johnathan Zenon, Isiah Wiltz, Kobe Joseph, Adriane Menard, and JaCory Charles. 
 
Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Davis, Meagan Green, Kyle Davis, James Davis, Eric Glaude, Milton Alexander, Travis Davis, Dominique Davis, and Davis Glaude.
