Sarah “Sissy’ Lillian Burch, 55, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the Haven Hospice House in Lake City, FL where she lived for the last thirty years. She was born in Clinch County to Odell “Candy” Graddy Burch of Homerville and the late David Burch.
Along with her father she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Alex and Ethel Graddy.
Survivors other than her mother are her companion, Fred Gissendanner of over twenty years; her son, Isaac Gissendanner of Lake City, FL and her daughter, Candace Faye Knox of Morganton, West Virginia, one granddaughter, Brianna Rose Debalski; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark and Angie Burch of Homerville and Chris and Linda Burch of Fargo; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A celebration of her life will be held Friday evening, May 2, 2025, at 6 pm at the Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 6 pm at Roundtree Funeral Home.
