Skylar Christian Patrick Belcher, aged 28, left this world on December 16, 2025. He was born on March 17, 1997, in Nevada, Missouri, to Dwight Belcher Jr. and Stephanie Whitaker Belcher. Skylar was a vibrant spirit, known for his energy and charisma, with a heart that was as gentle as it was kind.
His intelligence was remarkable - there was nothing he couldn’t figure out, even as a young boy, when he put his mind to it. Skylar had a deep love for the outdoors, finding joy in everything from bugs to reptiles. He cherished the thrill of gaming and the rhythm of techno music, reveling in the lively energy of city life. He had an uncanny knack for a variety of voice impressions that would make even the most hardened of souls burst with laughter. Above all, Skylar’s greatest passions were his family and friends, with whom he shared countless moments of laughter and love.
Skylar is lovingly remembered by his parents, Dwight Jr. and Stephanie Belcher, as well as his siblings, Cayla and Caiden Belcher. He is also survived by one grandfather and several aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces who will forever hold him in their hearts. Skylar now joins his beloved grandmother in eternal peace.
A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Skylar on Friday, December 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford, Texas. All who knew Skylar are invited to come together to remember the joy he brought into our lives. May his vibrant spirit continue to shine in our memories forever.
