Soo Chi Obituary

Soo T. Chi, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on May 8, 2016. She was 85. Mrs. Chi was born on September 30, 1930 in Shanghai, China to the late Suen Fat Chien and Su Yin Wu. On February 7, 1949 she married Francis S.L. Chi. He died on September 4, 2015. She is survived by her daughters, Young Chi and her husband Jens Hochwimmer, Esther Chi and her husband Paul Hsia, and Nin Chi and her husband Rudy Rosario; and her grandchildren, Adrienna Hsia, Ruslan Hsia, and Connor Hsia. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, May 14 from 4pm to 6pm at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx.
