Spencer Cole (MacRae) Arnold. Our Lord has called him home.
Spencer, a kind young man, a caring heart, a warm-hearted friend, and a gentle soul with a desire to make a difference in our world by sharing his story, passed on unexpectantly on Thursday, October 17th at the tender age of twenty-three.
Spencer was known for his admiration of life, his desire to do good, and his profound love for family and friends. As challenge lurked around every corner and every turn, he strived to forge on with unwavering determination. Like his predecessors, Spencer was a creator, an artist with a gift to draw, and as of late, a student of the SAE (School of Audio Engineering) Institute enrolled in their esteemed digital film program where he found his stride in fulfilling his passion for film making while inspiring his classmates with his keen sense of creativity and his infectious spirit. In addition, Spencer was in the process of creating SOBS, the Society of Broken Souls, an organization where those could reach out to seek emotional support and ongoing fellowship. Let’s plan to do all we can to honor his valiant cause in making a difference.
Spencer found peace while on his skateboard, but was happiest when surrounded by his family, especially at Christmas. He lived for the commotion of tearing through presents and celebrating family during this favorite time of year. He leaves us with cherished memories, laughter, and humility; a legacy of kindness, humor, and unconditional love that will live in the hearts of all who knew him.
That love surrounded him every step of the way. He is survived by his precious son, Daniel Allen, his loving parents, Bob and Amy, his beautiful sisters, Courtney and Marilyn, his brother Caleb, his brothers-in-law Nolan and Jacob, his sister-in-law Kassie, and his sweet nieces and nephew, Ellie, Hudson, and newborn Kenzie. He will not be forgotten and will be deeply missed by his grandparents, extended family, and the countless friends who all had the privilege of knowing him and sharing his life.
Though his time with us was cut far too short, Spencer’s memory will forever remain amongst us all as a source of comfort, inspiration, and true love.
