He was born August 30, 1996, to Max and Terri (Woods) Dolch in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Victoria Woods and cousin, Jeff Harris; great aunt, Sherry England.
Spencer is survived by his favorite person and love of his life, Maleah Rohe; parents, Max and Terri Dolch; brother, Tyler Dolch (Emily); grandfather, Duane Woods; aunts and uncles, Dawn Woods, Nicole & Chris Hogan, and Deb & Kelly Harris; great uncle, Max England; cousins, Sandy Shehan (Matt), Mike England (Lisa), Brian Harris (DeLana), Maureen Dougherty (Will), Keelan Woods, Laura Schwery, Hollie Perrin (Michael), Colton Hogan (Andrea), McKinna Hogan (Drew), and Rydder Hogan; niece, Dani; nephew, Leo; He is also survived by Maleah's family; her mother, Lori Rohe; siblings, Connor Rohe (Emily), Ryan Rohe (Sophia), and Zack & Christina Meyer; her grandpa, Denny Meyer; her aunts and uncles, Jeff & Carrie Meyer, Cindy & Jim Thorp; her cousins, Michael Venard and Jacob Meyer; a host other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family will direct memorials in Spencer's honor.
