BRACKEN, Sr. Patricia “Agnes” D.W. in religion known as Agnes Marie of the Child Jesus, of Brooklyn, New York, on January 5, 2025 in her 87th year. Beloved daughter of the late John and Margaret Bracken. Loving sister to Msgr. John Bracken and Martin Bracken (Kate). Cherished aunt to her niece Kassie Pennington (Ethan) and her great niece Grace. She will be greatly missed by the Daughters of Wisdom.
Reposing Moloney’s Port Jefferson Station Funeral Home, 523 Route 112, Port Jefferson Station, NY where a religious service will be held 3PM Thursday. Funeral Mass Friday 10:00AM St. Louis De Montfort R.C. Church, Sound Beach, NY. Interment following Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram NY. Visiting Thursday 2-5PM.
