Stacey Jean Cole Bland, 53, of Dinwiddie, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Southside Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Cole; a son Ronald Wayne Fine Jr., a daughter, Jessica Michelle Fine Seeley, and a brother Gary Cole. Stacey was a longtime employee of the Food Lion Distribution Center where she worked in the Quality Assurance Department. She had a love for the beach and for her family. Stacey is survived by her son, Brian Matthew Fine, mother, Peggy Cole, grandchildren, Hailie, Collin, Kyleen and Raelynne; her brother, Larry Cole and numerous nieces and nephews and her loving dog, D.J. The family will receive friends Friday, November 10, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. Funeral Services will be private. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
