Stacie Renee Stuber

Stacie Renee' Stuber, born to Charles E Stuber and Naomi "Pug" Bridges Stuber, passed away peacefully in her sleep at NHC HealthCare in Oak Ridge.
In her youth she participated in activities and programs sponsored by ARC Anderson County and Emory Valley Center where she developed lifelong friendships with colleagues, mentors, and overseers. She honed her swimming skill in Special Olympics and received an Oak Ridge High School letter in swimming as the Special Olympic group participated in high school swim tournaments held locally.
Stacie is survived by her father, a brother Brian E (Karla), a nephew Caleb E (Amber), and a newborn grand nephew Rowan E, born September 21st.
She was predeceased by her mother.
Stacie spent the past five years at NHC HealthCare in Oak Ridge due to a disabling fall that limited her physical abilities. At NHC, receiving excellent care, she became an opinionated and vocal patient. Her attendants slightly refocused their approaches and etiquette and couldn't diminish her vocalities but soon looked forward to them.
Her attendants are already expressing how they miss her.
A funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday Nov. 8 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary Church, Oak Ridge and preceded by visitation of friends at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will immediately follow after Mass at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
