Stanley Jennings Brown, age 50, passed away December 15, 2025. He loved Alabama football, eating out with his family, meeting new people. He had a great memory and would never forget anyone. He greatly enjoyed watching movies, talking to children, but most importantly he loved his church. He will be greatly missed by anyone who had the honor to know him.

He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Gary Wayne Gibson; maternal grandparents, Carl Lee and Retha Vern Nicholson; paternal grandparents, Homer and Myrtel Brown.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Virginia Gail Gibson; father, Stanley T Brown; sister, Joshlynn Renee Jordan; aunt, Mary Sythel Brown; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Friday December 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Abundant Grace United Pentecostal Church. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary with Pastor Randy Salisbury officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers include, Steven Hovatter, Jamie Hovatter, Sean Deese, Chase Davidson, Robert Davidson, and Andy Nicholson. Honorary bearers will include, Johnathon Nicholson and Logan Mason.

He was a good person evertime i was up town i always told him hey and he always had a smile on his face he is going to be miss buy everybody and when i talk to him he will always talk to me about the lord and he always asked me do u go to church and i told him not at the moment and he always told me come to his church and was a really lovely person and we are going to miss u
