Stanley Gutowski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Christy Funeral Home - Millville on Jan. 19, 2026.
Stanley Gutowski, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 at home surrounded by his loving family. Stanley was a longtime resident of Millville, NJ, before moving to Vineland, NJ, 13 years ago. He was born in Torrington, CT, and spent his life dedicated to his family and his work.
Stanley was a self-employed truck driver for much of his life, a profession he took great pride in. Beyond his work, Stanley was a man of many talents and interests. He was very family-oriented and cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He had a passion for making furniture for his family, a testament to his skill and dedication. Stanley also had a special place in his heart for his cats, especially Rosie.
Stanley is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara Gutowski, and his children: Kathleen Wentzell (Charles), Jeffrey Gutowski, Sharon Gutowski (Wilfredo Arocho), Ann-Marie Rosa, and Krista Berry (Charles). He was a proud grandfather to 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren (with one more on the way), and a great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his siblings, Charles Gutowski and Frances Gutowski. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Florence Gutowski, and several brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Mass will be held in his honor at the Parish of All Saints, located at Buck and Depot Streets, Millville, New Jersey, on Friday, January 23rd, 2026, at 11:00 am. Following the mass, a graveside service will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Millville, NJ. In accordance with Stanley's wishes, there will be no viewing or visitation before the mass. It was his wish that those coming to his services wear casual clothing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stanley's memory to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital. Memories of Stanley and condolences for his family may be shared on his tribute wall.
