Stanley Hall Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Miles J. Kimble Mortuary & Cremation on Feb. 10, 2026.
Mr. Stanley Hall was born on June 7, 1957, to the union of the late Freddie B. Gray and Annie Mae Hall Gray. As the eldest of seven children, he served as a guiding presence and source of strength for his family throughout his life. At an early age, Stanley confessed his hope in Christ and united with Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. L. Z. Jones, where his faith became a lasting foundation.

Stanley was a proud graduate of Forrest City High School, Class of 1975. After graduation, he began his working years with the St. Francis Road Department. He later relocated to Youngstown, Ohio, where he was employed at a steel mill in Warren, Ohio. His journey then took him to Monroe, Louisiana, where he worked in construction. In 1987, Stanley returned home to Forrest City, Arkansas, where he met his soulmate, Jeanette Allen, who preceded him in death. From their union, one daughter was born, Noel Shunta Hall of Santa Cruz, California.

Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie B. Gray and Annie Mae Hall Gray; his maternal grandparents, Rosie L. Hall and Mack Hall; his soulmate, Jeanette Allen; his sister, Annette Gray Miller; his three brothers, Michael Hall, Freddie B. Gray, and Clarence "Rickey" Hall; and a special nephew, Cedric Hall Millbrook.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Noel Shunta Hall of Santa Cruz, California; his sister, Cynthia and her husband Charles Millbrook of Forrest City, Arkansas; his brother, Edward and his wife Connie Gray of Marion, Arkansas; a special friends, Minister Rodney Franklin and his wife Joanne Franklin and Pastor Nathaniel Kidd and His wife Lula of Forrest City, Arkansas; his brother-in-law, Rev. Floyd Miller of Madison, Arkansas; his sister-in-law, Debra G. Gray of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Stanley will be remembered for his strength, his quiet resilience, and the genuine love he held for his family and all who knew him.
