Stanley Lawrence Hamlin

Stanley Lawrence "Larry" Hamlin, 74, of Clay, NY passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a life well lived. He was a graduate of Liverpool High School, Class of '69, and a graduate of Powelson Business School. Beginning his career, Larry was the owner of Ransom-Shelley Restaurant Supply Co. Then in 1993, he went to work for Comfort Windows as a salesman. Larry won many awards for his achievements with Comfort and, established a close relationship with many of his customers. Larry had a personality that lit up every room he entered, and his infectious laughter brought joy to all who were lucky enough to know him. His greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, most of all at the family's camp at lake Bonaparte, which was his favorite place to be. He was a loving, caring soul who will be forever missed by all that knew him.

He is predeceased by his son, Stanley "Troy" Hamlin.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his daughter, Dana (Jeremy) Graf, two sons, Donny (Nicole) Kirnan and Todd (Vanessa-Lu) Kirnan, grandchildren; Brynn, Kohen, Natalie and Madeline, sister, Bonnie (Jerry) Bergan. Nieces, Bonnie June (Rob) Kirby, and Leah (Jay) Stevens and nephew, Jeremy (Sara) Bergan and many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 11:00 am in Faith Journey United Methodist Church, 8396 Morgan Road, Clay, NY 13041. Private burial will take place in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
