Stanley Frank Janowitz, 82, of Augusta, WV passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at his home.
Born on March 12, 1943 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Pete Janowitz and Anne (Gregorek) Janowitz.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lorelie J. (Coon) Janowitz, his children, James F. Janowitz of Bernbille, PA, Randall S. Janowitz of Westminster, MD, Kathleen M. Phillips (Pete) of Westminster, MD and Dakota Janowitz (Sarah) of Augusta, WV, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Frank was a proud father and grandfather. He enjoyed his time with his family and passed down his hard working traits. He was fondly known as a "neat freak" and for his immaculate truck. He enjoyed the outdoors and in his younger years especially being on the water, fishing and crabbing.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Covenant Baptist Church, Romney WV with Pastor Dale Myers officiating. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, WV.
The family will receive friends on Saturday at the church from 6-8pm and one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta WV.
