I was very saddened by the death of Mr. Lipnick. As his Legal Secretary at Arnstein & Lehr for several years, I loved that we kept in touch for 40 years. I was impressed at his perfection of photography and amazed by how much he loved his family. The last time I saw him was while I was still working downtown and I ran up to him and gave him a great big hug! Through the many years working as a legal secretary/paralegal, he has always remained my favorite attorney and considered him a friend. I was one of the lucky ones who got to know such a kind, smart and thoughtful person. He will certainly be missed by all who loved him.
