Stanley Wayne Moore, age 80 of Adrian, Missouri died Friday, December 12, 2025 at his home. He was born August 8, 1945 to Hobart Edward Moore and Delila Fern Presley Moore in Kansas City, Missouri.

Stanley, one of six children, grew up in Lebanon, Missouri where he attended grade school. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 1957 and graduated from high school in 1961. After graduation, Stanley worked at Heisler Engraving, Bendix Manufacturing, R and D Tool in Lee's Summit, Missouri until 2021. On June 1, 1963 he married Reva Mae Warren and to this union, four children were born. In 1968 Stanley moved to Independence, Missouri and remained there until 1977, then relocated to Adrian, Missouri where he lived until his passing.

Stanley's heart was always fullest when surrounded by those he loved. Family gatherings were one of his favorite times when he could share his wisdom, humor and unwavering support. As a friend to all, Stanley could be counted on to lend an ear or extend a helping hand. Stanley enjoyed relaxing and watching westerns, his favorite being Gunsmoke. He lived a life of authenticity and embodied the virtues of the western heroes he admired-integrity, courage and an indomitable spirit. Stanley's memory will live on in the countless stories that have been shared and the impact that he left on those who knew him.

Stanley is survived by his wife, Reva Mae Moore of Adrian, Missouri; two daughters, Liberty Welliver and husband Brian of Adrian, Missouri and Reva Denise Long and husband Quincy of Pleasanton, Kansas; two sons, Stanley E. Moore of Adrian, Missouri and Jeffery W. Moore of Butler, Missouri; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Irvin of Drexel, Missouri; and numerous nephews and nieces.
