Wow! These past 6 years have flown by, but yet have taken forever. Our 4 grandchildren are growing like weeds. I know you would be having a fun time with them if you were here with us. We all love and miss you so very much!

It has now been 3 years since the smartest man I have known passed away. Duke knew something about every topic. He could fix anything that went wrong. He could take an entire engine or transmission apart and put it back together.....and it still ran. He built a cabin and deer stand on our property, which he absolutely loved to visit. I always seem to be the last to find out about these things. Duke was a friend and co-worker at Wagner Electric. I remember when he & Bonnie first started dating. They were a cute couple. I always laugh when I remember lunch with John Vergoz. The new CEO asked Duke why people called him Duke. Duke looked up from his salad and replied, "Cuz that's my name." Duke was one of a kind. I'll miss him.
