Stanton Subeck Obituary

Stan Subeck, beloved husband of 54 years of Suzi (Nachenberg), loving father of Lisa Subeck and Scott (Tara) Subeck, proud grandfather of Payton, Reagan, Scarlett, Cooper and Carson, dear brother of Bruce (Barbara) Subeck. Stan was an accomplished tournament bridge player and a dedicated volunteer. He served the United States Bridge Federation as CFO and Treasurer. He mentored young upcoming players as part of the USBF Junior Training Program. He will be missed by his family as well as his many bridge-playing friends around the world. Stan was an avid golfer and a dedicated White Sox fan. Graveside services Thursday at 11am, at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery (gate 43) on Des Plaines south of Roosevelt Road, Forest Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
