Starry Bourgea Obituary
Starry Lanelle Bourgea, 59, of River Oaks, Texas, was ushered into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 25, 2023. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on May 8, 1964, to L V and Juanita (Moss) Westmoreland.
Starry was a genuine, caring, and outgoing woman who was full of life and never met a stranger. Starry could sit and visit with anyone and loved to tell stories. She also loved art, and you could always find her drawing. Family meant everything to Starry. She was very spiritual and loved the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her father, L V Westmoreland; mother, Juanita Dowis; stepfather, Chloe “Clo” Dowis; and sister, Elvita Burdnt.
Starry’s memory and spirit will live on through her son, Tobi Bourgea and wife, Leslie; grandchildren, Axton, Levi, Stetson, Addisyn, and Quade; wife, Kellie Cadorette; brother, Audie Westmoreland; and numerous children by choice, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Winscott Road Funeral Home.
