Stavros was a devoted husband to Sofia, a cherished father to Cathy and Tony Kastanos, Anna and Bobby Karounos, and a remarkable grandfather to John and Sofia Kastanos and Katerina Georgia Karounos. His family was his greatest joy, and he gave his love and guidance freely.
He was our Vasilias and our Mastora-a man of many trades, many skills, and endless generosity. Known for his kindness and willingness to help anyone in need, Stavros touched countless lives with his warmth, wisdom, and humor.
He found joy in life's simple pleasures-his fishing trips, exploring chartered waters, a cold Heineken, and a good barbecue shared with family and friends. These were the moments that reflected his spirit: easygoing, welcoming, and full of life.
Stavros will be remembered not only for his love of family but also for the legacy of kindness, craftsmanship, and devotion he leaves behind. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
