Obituary of Stefan John Wojciechowski
In Loving Memory of Stefan John Wojciechowski
April 20, 1960 – July 7, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stefan John Wojciechowski, on July 7, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on April 20, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, Stefan was raised in Elmont, New York, and most recently resided in West Hempstead, NY.
Stefan is lovingly remembered by his mother, Carol Wojciechowski; his sisters, Karin, Christine, and Kathrine; his brothers-in-law, Keith and David; his nephews, Patrick and Jonathan; his nieces, Jacklyn, Amanda, and Alexandra; and his great-niece, baby Lennon Brooke. He was a devoted godfather to Amanda and Erica, and a cherished nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Stefan had a generous heart and was known for his selflessness and unwavering readiness to help family and friends whenever needed. His love of trains brought him joy throughout his life, and he had a special affection for all the family pets who were lucky enough to be in his care.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Park Funeral Chapels, located in Garden City, NY, where friends and family will gather to honor his memory and celebrate a life of kindness and quiet strength.
Stefan's warmth, loyalty, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
