Mary Stefanie “Stef” Smith of Lancing, TN passed away December 15, 2024. She was born February 7, 1965 in Cold Springs, KY.
She is preceded in death by her parents Fritz and Bea Dickhaus.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Dale Smith; brother Fred Dickhaus and wife Sandra; sister Elaine Najmola and husband Ed; stepson Nathan Vespie and wife Christy; parents-in-law Don and Louise Smith and sister-in-law Sharon and Grady Yoder; grandchildren Isaac and Abigail Vespie and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Stef lived life to the fullest and had a lifelong love of horses. She loved rescuing dogs and cats.
Thank you to all who helped and visited during our most difficult time. A special thank youto her angel-on-earth and caretaker, Reba Bates.

The family will have a celebration of life at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Harriman, 535 Margrave Dr., Harriman, TN 37748 on December 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
