Stella Jean Cook

Stella Jean Cook, age 86, of Louisville, formerly of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 27, 2026 at Norton Audubon Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 14, 1939 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late John Chanslor and Elizabeth Pearl Daily. Mrs. Cook loved her family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. Whether it was gathering at cookouts, playing bingo, or going on adventures with her grandchildren, those times brought her the greatest joy.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Hubert Leon Cook; daughter, Norma Harrod; parents; grandsons, Dennis Leon and Jesse Andrew.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Sherry Stevens (Lee); grandchildren, Amanda Stevens- Hensley (Timmy), Stephanie Collins (Vince), Traye Harrod, Melissa Bucalo (Tasha), Karen Miles (Steve); great-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Harper, Hannah, Steven (Chelsea), Ashley.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 01, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until the time of service on Wednesday, April 01, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home.
