A Life Full of Love, Creativity, and Family

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved sister, aunt, and friend. A devoted widow who dedicated her life to her family and found true joy in caring for those she loved. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her cherished nieces and nephews, whom she affectionately called her babies.

Known for her incredible talent and creativity, she had a passion for sewing and making beautiful things by hand. Whether crafting quilts, clothes, or special gifts, she poured love and artistry into every stitch. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting hum of her sewing machine.

Her legacy of love, kindness, and creativity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and especially her precious babies, who will forever remember her hugs, stories, and handmade treasures.

Mrs. White is preceded in death by her beloved husband – Gene White; Parents – Katherine and Herman Gulsby; Sister – Kathy Molder; Father in law – J.W. White; Nephew – Blaze Johnson and Brother in laws – Donnie Molder and Chuck Frazier.

Mrs. White is survived by her mother in law – Rosa Lee White; Brothers – Allen (Carolyn) Goolsby of Jay and Ricky (Jill) Goolsby of East Brewton; Sisters Brenda (Ronnie) Johnson of Flomaton and Gail (Randy) Dewberry of Brewton and Ginger (Doug) Norsworthy of Brewton; Sister in laws – Dianne White of Flomaton and Debra (Wayne) Brown of Brewton; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.

We met Mae & Gene many years ago at White Oaks in Eufaula. Always enjoyed camping near them in April. They were a wonderful couple and so glad, we became good friends. They will be missed by us,
and many others.
