Mr. Ronnie Lee "Bud" Johnson, who was 63 years old, sadly passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in Bay Minette, Alabama. He was a native of this town and spent his whole life there, making many memories and connections with the community he loved. His presence will be deeply missed by family and friends who remember him fondly.

He loved spending time in nature, whether it was hunting in the woods or fishing by the river. The thrill of catching a big fish or tracking down game brought him great joy. But his interests didn't stop there; he also enjoyed the excitement of fighting chickens. Watching the birds compete showcased their strength and agility, adding another layer of adventure to his outdoor lifestyle. For him, every day spent outside was a day well lived, filled with the simple pleasures that made him feel alive.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Beatrice Bryars Johnson; sisters, Diane Green, Dottie White, and Doris Wiley.

He survived by his daughter, Ashley (Damien) Zamani of Bay Minette, Alabama; brother, Johnny (Jamey) Johnson of Bay Minette, Alabama; Deborah (George) Stacey of Atmore, Alabama and Donna (Olan) Stewart of Bay Minette, Alabama; grandchild, Malachi.
