Stephanie Lynn Armstrong, born on January 30, 1970, in Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025, in Wilmington, NC, at the age of 55. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend who touched the lives of many with her warmth and generosity.

Stephanie faced challenges in her life, yet she met them with courage and determination. She was a survivor! In recent years, she embraced a new chapter filled with clarity, purpose, and faith - a season of life she and her loved ones were deeply proud of. She always made sure she communicated her love for you upon every encounter. She was a loyal, giving friend who was loved by so many. She made the most out of every moment. Her infectious laugh and boisterous personality filled every space she was present.

A devoted attendee of Myrtle Grove Baptist Church, Stephanie found solace and community with the many friends who came alongside her walk with Christ. She loved dolphins, finding peace and inspiration in their grace and beauty. She was a proud aunt and grandmother cheering her family on at sporting events, a testament to her supportive and nurturing spirit.

Stephanie loved to cook for friends and family bringing everyone together and always made sure anyone in need was fed. She was always looking for ways to help others and was always there to listen with an empathetic ear. Stephanie LOVED the Dallas Cowboy's and was their biggest fan!

Stephanie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Dale Armstrong, and her grandparents, Goldie and Raymond Armstrong and Uncle Charlie Armstrong. She is survived by her loving mother Barbara Farrow; Step-Father Billy Farrow; son, Aaron Armstrong; her daughter, Tiffany Armstrong; her brother, Tommy Armstrong (Nikki); her sister, Renee Smith (Huck); her eight cherished grandchildren, Deven Smith, Hope Smith, Harper Lloyd, Jeremiah Conway, Gage Armstrong, Olivia Carter, Nehemiah Zakos and Alexander Zakos and nieces and nephews; Mark Melton (Miranda), Megan Eldred (Josh), Bryan Armstrong (Brittany), Ashley Armstrong. Along with 7 great nieces & nephews; Graeme Melton, Liam Melton, Bennett Melton, Karleigh Cobb, Jetty Armstrong, Norah Eldred and Ellie Eldred. She also had a special bond with her brother-in-law Thomas Melton (Betty) and her Aunt June (Pete). She loved her aunts, uncles and many cousins. Her family was her greatest joy, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

A memorial service to honor Stephanie's life will be held at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, visitation at 12:00pm followed by service at 1:00pm. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who brought light and love into the world.

Stephanie Lynn Armstrong will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. A message for Aaron and Tiffany…NMW ..Mama loves you to the moon and back!
