Stephanie Jones Graham went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on August 20, 2025 in Shreveport, LA.
Stephanie was born in Bossier City, Louisiana to her mother, Rhonda Grisham and her father, Dean Jones Jr. on November 17, 1975.
Stephanie had many jobs throughout her life but her main job was her dedication to her husband and her children. Stephanie enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and photography. Stephanie was very talented in arts and crafts. Stephanie also enjoyed making every birthday and holiday special.
Her love for God was evident in her daily life and her faith was unwavering. Her story is an inspiration to everyone who had the pleasure to know her. Stephanie was devoted and dedicated to serving others through her local church family.
Stephanie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Brian Graham; her son, Sean Graham, daughter-in-law, Caitlin Graham, daughters, Katelyn Graham, and Breelynn Graham; son, Kaden Graham; mother, Rhonda Grisham and her father, Dean Jones Jr.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025 and a Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home located at 2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport, LA with Rev. Dalton Lewis officiating. A graveside service will immediately follow at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery located at 8801 Mansfield Rd., Shreveport, LA.
All are welcome to attend and celebrate Stephanie's life.
Honoring Stephanie as pallbearers will be Sean Graham, Katelyn Graham, Jason Graham, Ronald Graham, Heath Wallace, Chuck Harris and Colby Massengill.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Akbarian-Tefaghi, MD, FACP with Willis-Knighton North, although we met him so late in our journey, he is by far the best doctor we have met in our entire lives. We appreciate his love, compassion, gentleness and support for Stephanie and her family during this difficult time.
In memory of Stephanie and in lieu of flowers, friends and family can donate to Gladstone Community Church located at 856 Gladstone Blvd., Shreveport, Louisiana.
