Stephanie Marie Green was born on February 15, 1963, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the union of Willie Robinson Jr. and Tressie B. Robinson, both of whom preceded her in death. She was baptized at an early age at Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church and grew up in a large and loving household alongside her parents and siblings.
Stephanie attended McClellan High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating, she proudly enlisted in the United States Army, where she served honorably. During her time in the military, she welcomed her first child, LaKeesha Robinson. Later, Stephanie moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she gave birth to her second child, Stanley Ray Bush Jr. She made countless joyful memories with her children and loved them dearly.
Stephanie worked for many years as a machine operator, a career that introduced her to the love of her life, Minister Charles Green. The two were later married and shared 22 beautiful years together. Together, they founded Another Chance Missionary Baptist Church, where they built a ministry grounded in love, service, and lasting relationships with their congregation.
Stephanie had a passion for travel-especially cruises-and enjoyed exploring the world. Her greatest joy, however, came from spoiling her grandchildren and spending cherished moments with her family.
After returning to College Station, Arkansas, she became a devoted member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church #4 under the leadership of Pastor Dwayne Walls. She served faithfully until her health declined.
On August 3, 2025, at 11:21 AM, Stephanie peacefully transitioned to her heavenly home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters, and one brother. She leaves to cherish her memory: Her beloved husband of 22 years, Rev. Charles Green, Two loving children: LaKeesha Robinson of Little Rock, AR, and Stanley Bush Jr. (Keisha) of Seattle, WA. Three adoring grandchildren: Kahmiah Marie Carson, Iyana Marie Bush, and Nicholas Cassidy Lynn Burnett Jr. Sisters: Willietta Sampson and Cherresa Baker, both of Little Rock, AR; Benita Kay Proctor (Joseph) of Navarre, FL; Melyssa Williams of Texas; and Colleen Johnson of San Bernardino, CA. Brother: Paul Humphrey (Miesha) of Little Rock, AR. Special friends: Priscilla Adaway of Milwaukee, WI, and Delois Johnson-Brewer of Charlotte, NC. As well as a host of cherished relatives, church family, and dear friends who loved her deeply.
Stephanie's legacy of faith, love, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
