Stephanie Paige Hord

Stephanie "Paige" Hord, 58, of Gaston County, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 17, 2024.
Paige was born March 15, 1966, to Steedly Eugene Hord and Vickie Crisp Hord.
She is preceded in death by her father "Gene" and her brother, Chad Eugene Hord; her grandparents, Clinton and Mae Crisp, and Steedly and Bertha Hord; beloved fur baby, Bentley.
Paige was a 1984 graduate of Bessemer City High School. She attended several community colleges. She was employed by the City of Charlotte.
She was a lover of animals, and her dogs were very special and precious to her.
Paige is survived by her loving mother, Vickie Crisp Hord; her best friend, Cathy Smith and her daughter Jennifer; and several cousins and aunts; beloved fur babies, Bandit, Brody, and Bailey.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday, September 23, 2024, at Parkwood Baptist Church 1729 East Garrison Blvd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Jeff Long and Pastor David Belle Isle.
The family will receive friends 10-11 am prior to the service at the church.
The interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
