Stephanie Mullins - Heath (aka Birdie) 44 of the Cedar Creek community in Fayetteville, NC went home to be with the Lord after a long courageous battle with cancer on August 29, 2025. She was born in New Port News Virginia on February 23, 1981. She was the only child of Douglas and Vickie Mullins.
Stephanie was a single mom of 3 beautiful children but always had many others with her she had a beautiful heart of gold and loved helping others. When someone had a need she was always there to help find and full fill that need. She opened her heart to so many youth. With her love of the Lord she always seen good in everyone. She was a former 4-H Alumi. She was a member at Cedar Creek Baptist where she helped with the youth for years.
She is survived by her 3 children, Kelsie Mullins, Gabrial Heath and Koen Mullins; her parents, Douglas and Vickie Mullins; and many aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Stephanie's Life will be held from 2:00 PM ~ 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 4170 Tabor Church Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312.
