In loving memory of my special friend Stephanie Stoddard, I worked with Stephanie at the driver license division. Stephanie was one of the sweetest, kindest people. Stephanie was always soft spoken, and caring and very passionate! Godspeed my friend! Until we meet again, may you enjoy life in heaven with your mom and dad, whom I know you love dearly. I will miss you my friend!
