Stephanie Varhula

Stephanie Varhula, age 52, of Philadelphia passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Philadelphia in 1973, she was the daughter of Patricia Wernert and the late John Wernert.

Stephanie's family was her entire world. She was a wonderful wife and mother, and quality time spent with her family is what gave her the most joy. She loved traveling and watching her children's sporting events as well as mastering the perfect Nespresso.

In her free time she enjoyed arts and crafts, especially designing with her Cricut machine. She was also an avid flea market shopper and a sucker for a good mystery box. Her true love was fostering animals that needed a good home. She fostered over 102 kittens over the years and helped the ACCT find homes for many of her furry friends. Stephanie played a huge role in so many people's lives and will be sorely missed.

Beloved wife of John Varhula; cherished mother of Joseph Varhula and Rebecca Varhula; dearest sister of Lori Kramer (Mike Kramer) cherished aunt of Madalyn, and Jack Kramer.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Stephanie's Life Celebration on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home, 10975 Academy Road, Philadelphia PA 19154.

Interment will be private.
