Stephanie Ann Vierra passed away on June 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and meaningful moments spent with those closest to her. She had a deep appreciation for life’s adventures, whether it was traveling to new places, casting a fishing line on a quiet afternoon, or simply enjoying the company of family and friends.
Stephanie was a proud and devoted mother to her sons, Matthew and Bradley Szolnoki, and an adoring grandmother to Sebastiano and Finnegan Szolnoki. Time spent with her grandsons brought her endless joy, and she treasured every moment with them.
She is survived by her father, William Vierra; her sons, Matthew and Bradley; her brother, William Vierra Jr.; her niece, Amber Pippin; and her grandsons, Sebastiano and Finnegan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyliss Cartner, whose memory she carried with love throughout her life.
Stephanie will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and remembered always for her warmth, her adventurous spirit, and the love she gave so freely.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 10 AM in Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough. 204 N. Churton Street, Hillsborough. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM.The family may extend the visitation following the service as they see appropriate.
The Burial will be held on June 17, 2025, at 11:00am at Gethsemane Memorial Park, 700 NC-24, Newport, NC, 28570
