Stephen Bishop, Jr. Obituary
Stephen Gilbert Bishop, Jr., 70 of Macclesfield, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Mr. Bishop was an outdoorsman and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He served over thirty years as a Business Agent for Teamsters Union.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 17th, from 6-8pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raliegh Road Pkwy, Wilson. Funeral services will be at 2pm on Thursday, December 18th, in the chapel. Burial will follow at Macclesfield Town Cemetery, 535 State Rd 1109, Macclesfield.
He is survived by his life partner, Cynthia “Cindy” Stelck; brothers, Randy Bishop, Sr. (Diane) and J.W. Bishop; grandchildren, Stephen Joyner, Jeremy Joyner, Christian Hudgins, and Brantley Stelck; nephews, Randy Bishop, Jr., and Darby Bishop; and his fur babies, Sweet Pea and Lilly.
Preceding him death are his parents, Maxine and Steve Bishop.
