Stephen V. “Steve” Causey, age 71, beloved companion and fiancé of Nancy Vinciguerra; loving son of the late Wanda and Amos Causey; devoted brother of the late Rick Causey; cherished “son-in-law” of the late MaryAnn and Frank Vinciguerra and “brother-in-law” of Rosalie (Mark) Abrahams, Francine (deceased) (Jeff) Breznay, and Christine (Christopher) LeRoy); dearest “uncle and great-uncle” of many.
Steve was born October 12, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away peacefully January 10, 2024. He graduated from Midpark High School and attended Cuyahoga Community College. Steve lived almost all of his life in Middleburg Heights. His diverse career was spent working for General Motors, Record Den, and retired from Giant Eagle. Music was his passion. Steve played guitar and was a part of several local bands over the years. He truly enjoyed all eras of music. Steve enjoyed his many years with Nancy and the traveling and vacations they took together. He is described as being unique, quiet and reserved, always had his own way of doing things, yet always knew how to have fun.
