Stephen Ray Clarke, born on August 14, 1953, in Richmond, Virginia, passed away on January 24, 2026, in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He was a cherished husband, father, brother, and grandfather, whose life was marked by the love he shared with his family and friends.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Terry L. Clarke. He was the proud father of Jason, Randi, and Stephen Clarke, who carry forward his legacy with love and strength. Stephen also leaves behind his sister, Debbie Clarke, and his cherished grandsons: Gavin Perdemo, Everett Clarke, Cooper Clarke, Kellen Clarke, and Korey Clarke.

In addition to his immediate family, Stephen was preceded in death by his former wife, Kimberly Jo Clarke, and his parents, Robert and Isabelle Clarke. Their memories remain engraved in the hearts of all who knew them.

An avid outdoorsman, Stephen found great joy in sporting clays and fishing, activities that brought him peace and fulfillment. He appreciated the beauty of nature and the tranquility it offered, often sharing these experiences with his friends and loved ones. Stephen was also a proud Navy veteran who served as a Petty Officer Third Class during the Vietnam War.

His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will carry the spirit of his love forward.
