Stephen Mark Cutair, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 at the age of 75. He is survived by his loving children, Matthew (Lily) Cutair, Lauren Broussard, and David Cutair; his devoted siblings, George F. Cutair, Jr. and Sharon (Jerry) Miller; and his cherished grandchildren, Nathan Broussard, Lucas Cutair, Aubrey Broussard, and Grayson Abbott. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Abbe Cutair (nee Jacobs); his adoring parents, Martha and George F. Cutair, Sr.; his dear stepfather, Oscar Hamson; and his dear sister-in-law, Thelma Cutair.
Steve lived a life defined by hard work, loyalty, and deep love for his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandparent, brother, and dog parent to his best friend, Buddy. Steve served in Vietnam as a U.S. Marine and then led a successful career as a Project Manager and Superintendent for Whiting & Turner Contracting, managing many large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across the state of Maryland. He also personally built his family home in the Owings Mills area. In his spare time, you would find Steve in his woodworking shop, completing remodeling projects, attending his children's sporting events, and cheering on his beloved Baltimore Ravens. Steve's kindness, dedication, and love for his family will never be forgotten.
A public visitation will be held at Sol Levinson Funeral Home, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208 on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 5:00 pm-7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208 on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at 10:30 am. Interment at Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery. Reception to follow, please check back for updated information. Contributions in Stephen's memory may be made to the Baltimore Humane Society, or to the Alzheimer's Association.
