Stephen Frailey, 75 of Central Square, NY, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025. He was born on January 6, 1950 in Johnson City, NY to the late Donald and Stephanie Frailey.
Stephen proudly served in the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army. He was a life member of The VFW, The American Legion Post #915 and The Military Order of The Cooties.
He loved the outdoors, martial arts, riding his motorcycles, going to powwows, reading, especially history. He was devoted to his loving family.
Stephen is survived by his wife of 55 years, Debra; sister, Karen (David) Miles; sister-in-law, Melody Foster and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his brother, Donald Foster; sister, Rose Foster.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 2-4pm. Funeral Services will follow at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an organization of one’s choice.
