Stephen Gentry Obituary
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Thomas Gentry and Pat Gentry.
He is survived by his two sons, Gabriel Steven Gentry of Maryland and Gavin Dwane Gentry of Searcy, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Talyn Gentry, Avyn Gentry, and Lincoln Gentry, all of Searcy, Arkansas; and a host of cousins and close family friends who loved him dearly.
Steve worked for Eaton Corporation for 26 years as a machinist. Never one to stop learning, he later returned to school and earned a degree in engineering, a testament to his determination and work ethic.
An avid outdoorsman, Steve found joy in nature-whether duck hunting, deer hunting, or fishing for bream. He proudly called himself "Mr. Bream," sometimes even "the Legend," a title those who knew him well would smile at and agree with.
Most people knew him simply as "Nubb"-he was never just Steve. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere. His warmth, humor, and larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path.
Steve will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Gone but certainly not easily forgotten and what a reunion he´s likely to be enjoying right now ! He always had something to say no matter what ! Participant with spirit in school and played all sports - and avid and excited athlete in Searcy Schools - could talk the talk and would no matter who was around .... and he looked really awesome on that motorcycle !
To the boys - both your parents were awesome people ! And would encourage you to live your best life !! So many friends and family he had and i´m sure they are rejoicing at this time and for the dear friends he left behind just know he is likely truly at peace now ..... gone but not easily forgotten ....

RIP Steve; you will be missed but we know you are at peace. Your jokes laughter & humor was a pick me up, but we know as we do with a bed of roses God pick the best. I will miss you man. Carl Young !
